WAGS VACANCIES

Show Secretary: We need an enthusiastic person to mastermind the WAGS Show in September. This is a key position that will be vacant from February 2011. The WAGS Show is heralded as one of the best in the South of England, but it is relatively easy to organise. The retiring Secretary has already set up the framework for 2011 and will be on hand to assist in September.

Catering Officer: We need an enthusiastic person to organise the catering for our events. This includes providing the Cheese & Wine after the AGM (February); serving refreshments including Cakes & Teas at the Band Concert in (August); laying on a simple buffet lunch for the Judges and Stewards at the Autumn Show and arranging helpers to serve teas in the afternoon (September).

Assistant Store Manager : Can you spare a few hours on Saturday mornings? We are also looking for someone to help run the WAGS Store and deputise for Colin when he takes a holiday.

If you would like to know more about what this entails, why not pop in to the Store (open 10.00–12.00 Saturdays) and ask Colin or one of the helpers .
